All teachers had addressed misconceptions and mistakes by either stopping the whole class and sharing these in a positive way or creating a mistake and asking children to tell the teacher what they had done wrong. Children began openly talking to each other about where they were going wrong in their learning.
Teachers had also tried to only give task related feedback rather than ego related, but had found it difficult to change their habits.
Rewards were now whole class rewards only which motivates and engages all children.
All had introduced learning powers and this has resulted in children using learning language more often, like resilience. This needs more questioning.
