Over time you can see the impact of the growth mindset thinking but it is difficult because a student sees so many other teachers.

Next year, in the secondary school, sets are being removed for Y10, so the impact is yet to be seen.

The secondary teachers were also trying not to spoonfeed students by jumping in too soon.

Students had not noticed that positive rewards had been removed.
