All teachers had co-constructed success criteria via good and bad using words and images. They were able to self-evaluate using the criteria.

Knowledge organisers were used at beginnings of lessons to reinforce prior knowledge.

The question was asked – if you show a poor example, how does the child feel who knows their work will always look like that?’

SC: I believe the child will always learn something from seeing the good piece which will positively impact their work. It will be better than it would have been…
