Immediately upon submitting this application, the following will be e-mailed to the person submitting the application: Course Confirmation & Venue Details to be printed and distributed to your delegate(s) plus an attached PDF course fee invoice for the Bursar. If a Bursar's email address is also entered, the Bursar will also receive this information. This is not a double booking – it is to ensure that all information reaches you, your delegate(s) and the Bursar. No other confirmation or invoice will be sent.

There is no provision for refunds but a substitute delegate may be sent to the course. We make every effort to ensure that courses go ahead but we reserve the right to cancel with full refund or postpone a course with no refund.
